Demonstration Form

The Demo Form was designed to illustrate as much of the functionality of AFLite as possible in a single form. In particular, it shows how to use some of the more advanced features such as Active Directory integration, pre-population from a SQL database, lookups, validations and conditionals. By using this form as a guide, form authors should be able to recreate the functionality in their own forms.

To get started you need to log in and download ExampleForm.zip. In that archive you will find the following files:

  • ExampleForm.xml
  • createdb.sql
  • ExampleForm.rtf

Together, they provide the definition for the demo form, the SQL for the database needed and instructions for how to implement the demo form.
